Prepare the Item
Ensure all furniture or decor items are in their original condition and, if possible, kept in their original packaging to prevent damage during transport.
Schedule a Pickup
For large furniture items, our delivery team will coordinate a convenient time to inspect and collect the merchandise directly from your home.
Receive Your Refund
Once the items are received and inspected at our distribution center, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or delivery fees.
